You start free with every feature and no customer limit, for 30 days, without a credit card. When the 30 days end, you move to the Start plan automatically, and from then on your plan follows your number of customers. Add a payment method before then to keep your loyalty program running, or cancel from your billing settings before the 30 days end and you pay nothing. Nothing is lost: your cards, customers and data stay exactly as they are.
